Swin Transformer 的训练
Swin Transformer的训练参数优化用到两个函数:build_optimizer和build_scheduler。首先看 build_optimizer 主要判断了用哪个优化器optimizer,并将优化器的参数传递进去。Swin Transformer中制定了两个优化器,一个SGD,一个AdamW。

build_scheduler
build_scheduler实现的是学习率调整。有三种调整策略:‘cosine’、‘linear’和’step’。其中cosine和step两种方式都是timm(PyTorch Image Models)这个python模块带的,而linear调整策略是作者自己写的类。

linear调整策略使用的类名是LinearLRScheduler(Scheduler),它继承的是timm.scheduler.scheduler。

采用了预热策略,在初始阶段的几个epoch先采用较小的学习率,大于warmup_t时再采用正常的学习率。这里做个标记,和传统的SGD有些不一样。找个时间总结一下原理。
训练开始
训练执行动作是从train_one_epoch这个函数开始的。它被调用的时候执行一次训练。

其中 loss的计算方式是通过criterion函数,它在主函数中定义了。

计算loss后再对loss进行反向回传,loss.backward()。过程中学习率会发生改变,改变方式是通过lr_scheduler.step_update(epoch * num_steps + idx)指令实现的。
数据载入
train_one_epoch函数中需要传入数据,数据的载入是通过传入的data_loader参数实现的。在训练中,我们传入的是data_loader_train,它是在main函数中定义的:

可以看出,build_loader就是将build_dataset读到的数据(dataset_train、dataset_val)用torch.utils.data.DataLoader进行分割、包装。

里面分为两种数据读取方式,一种是zip的,一种是非zip的,其中zip的形式采用自建的CachedImageFolder函数,读取相应位置的png图片。非zip的采用的是torch自带的datasets.ImageFolder函数。 其中transform调用了build_transform函数,其内容如下

这里主要根据配置中图片大小是否是大于32来运行是否裁剪和缩放。
